3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of inaccurate pricing, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated. We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and approved Purchase Orders (POs) for institutional buyers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery timelines depend on your chosen shipping method (Standard, Express, or Freight). Delays caused by logistics partners, customs, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Products must be returned in original condition with packaging. Consumables, ESD-sensitive items, and custom orders may not be eligible for returns. Refunds are issued after inspection.

7. Warranty

Products are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and will be processed as per manufacturer policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, text, graphics, product descriptions, and images on NeoGiga India, are the intellectual property of Giga Ventures Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

NeoGiga India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu, Nepal, or New Delhi, India, depending on business operations.
