Shipping Information

What shipping methods are available?

We offer Standard Courier, Express Delivery, and Bulk Freight. Options depend on product type, destination, and urgency. You can choose your preferred method during checkout.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days, while Express delivery arrives within 1–2 business days in major metro areas. Remote locations may take slightly longer.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be sent via email and SMS. You can track your order directly from your NeoGiga account or through the courier partner’s tracking page.

Orders & Accounts

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, guest checkout is available. However, creating a NeoGiga account gives you access to order history, saved addresses, faster checkout, and special offers.

Can institutions or enterprises place bulk orders?

Yes. We support universities, labs, OEMs, and industries with bulk pricing, scheduled deliveries, and long-term supply contracts. Contact sales@neogiga.in for quotations.

Do you provide GST invoices?

Yes, all orders include GST-compliant invoices with HSN codes. Enterprises can add GSTIN during checkout or in their account for proper billing.

What payment methods are supported?

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets. For enterprises and institutions, we also support Purchase Orders, NEFT/RTGS, and approved credit terms.

Can I receive a quotation before ordering?

Yes. Our sales team can provide formal quotations or proforma invoices for bulk orders, institutional purchases, or project requirements.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return & replacement policy?

Defective or incorrect items can be reported within 7 days of delivery. Our team will guide you through the return and replacement process. Consumables and ESD-sensitive items may require additional checks.

Is there a warranty on products?

Yes. Products follow the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Many include standard limited warranty coverage. Contact support with your order details to initiate a claim.
